Differences:

(2) Under FCA, CPT and CIP, the risks transfer when the goods are delivered to the carrier; under FOB, CFR and CIF, the risks transfer on the ship's rail at the named port of shipment.
(3) Under FCA, CPT and CIP, the carrier is responsible for loading and unloading, and there are no variations; under FOB, CFR and CIF, there are variations as to the loading and unloading expenses.
