If any provision of this Agreement shall to any extent be held by a court or other tribunal to be invalid,void or unenforceable,then that provision shall be inoperative and void insofar as it is in conflict with Iaw,but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced as if this Agreement did not contain the particular provision held to be invalid,void or unenforceable.
