YouareawarethatanumberoftheauditteammemberscurrentlybankwithGoldenandtwoteammembershavesignificantloansowingtothecompany.
Pink’staxationdepartmentalsoprovidesservicestoGolden.TheyhavebeenapproachedbyGoldentorepresenttheminnegotiationstoresolvesomeoutstandingissueswiththetaxationauthorities,forwhichthefeesquotedaresubstantial.
Thefinancedirectorhasinformedtheauditengagementpartnerthatwhentheauditiscomplete,shewouldlikethewholeteamtoattendaneveningwatchingthenationalfootballteamplayamatchfollowedbyaluxurymeal.
