What's che difference between Document against Payment (D/P) and Document against Acceptance (D/A) ？

Under D/P, the importer can get the commercial documents against payment on the draft, but under D/A, the importer gets the commercial documents and takes delivery of the goods only after making acceptance on the draft. So D/A is more risky than D/P for the exporter.
